1. Invoices and Payment Terms

1.1. Each training invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from its date of issue or the registration date, as applicable, provided that the course is not scheduled to commence within that 30-day period.

1.2. If the course is scheduled to commence within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice or registration date, full payment must be received before the course start date.

1.3. In all cases, payment shall be due on the earlier of:

  • a. Thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date; or
  • b. The course start date.

1.4. If payment is not received by the applicable due date, the invoice and the associated provisional registration will be cancelled automatically by the system. No late-payment fee will be charged, and neither party shall have any further obligation arising from the unpaid invoice.

1.5. A participant’s place on a course is confirmed only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the training provider.

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the company account stated on the relevant invoice or using the following banking details:

Account Name: INFORAMTECH B.V

2.3. The payer is responsible for any bank charges, card-processing fees, currency-conversion charges or intermediary-bank deductions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.4. Payment shall be considered complete only when the full invoiced amount has been received and cleared in the training provider’s account.

3. Confirmed Course Dates

3.1. All course dates published on the training provider’s official website are confirmed at the time of publication.

3.2. Once a registration has been completed and payment has been received, the training provider commits to delivering the course on the confirmed date, subject only to the Force Majeure provisions set out in Section 5.

3.3. Registrations submitted fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before the course start date are accepted subject to operational availability.

3.4. A participant who has not completed the registration and payment process at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the course start date shall not be entitled to claim compensation if the late registration cannot be accommodated or if an operational date adjustment becomes necessary before the registration is formally confirmed.

4. Participant Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The cancellation shall take effect on the date the written request is received by the training provider.

4.2. The following refund conditions shall apply:

  • a. More than forty-five (45) calendar days before the course start date: The participant shall be entitled to a full refund of the training fees paid.
  • b. Between thirty-one (31) and forty-five (45) calendar days before the course start date: The participant shall be entitled to a refund of fifty per cent (50%) of the training fees paid.
  • c. Thirty (30) calendar days or fewer before the course start date: The training fees shall be non-refundable.

4.3. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payer using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

4.4. Any non-refundable bank charges, payment-processing fees or currency-conversion costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Force Majeure, Course Cancellation and Compensation

5.1. Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5.2. Force Majeure Events may include, without limitation:

  • a. War or armed conflict;
  • b. Widespread civil unrest;
  • c. Natural disasters;
  • d. Earthquakes;
  • e. Epidemics or pandemics;
  • f. Government restrictions or travel prohibitions;
  • g. Widespread public-health emergencies; or
  • h. Other comparable events affecting the country or location where the course is scheduled.

5.3. A Force Majeure Event must be general and widespread in nature and must materially affect the course location or the country in which the course is scheduled. Circumstances relating solely to the individual participant, employer or sponsoring organisation shall not constitute a Force Majeure Event.

5.4. If a course cannot proceed due to a Force Majeure Event, the training provider may offer one of the following reasonable alternatives:

  • a. An alternative course date;
  • b. An alternative training location;
  • c. Live-online delivery; or
  • d. Transfer of the paid fees to another suitable programme.

5.5. If no reasonable alternative is available or accepted, the participant shall be entitled to a refund of the training fee actually paid for the affected course.

5.6. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the training provider’s maximum financial liability in connection with the cancellation of a course shall be limited to the training fee actually paid.

5.7. The training provider shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including travel expenses, visa fees, accommodation costs, subsistence expenses or other third-party costs.

6. Standard Course Duration

6.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant course page, the standard duration of a training programme is twenty-five (25) training hours delivered over five (5) days.

6.2. The maximum standard daily training duration is five (5) hours.

6.3. Certain programmes may require more than twenty-five (25) training hours. For example, some project-management programmes may require at least thirty-five (35) training hours.

6.4. Where a programme requires additional training hours, the total duration will be expressly stated on the relevant programme page and shall apply as an exception to the standard duration.

6.5. Certain specialist programmes may be delivered over ten (10) days for a total of fifty (50) training hours. Such programmes will be advertised separately, and their duration will be clearly stated on the relevant course page.

6.6. The training provider may make reasonable adjustments to the daily timetable, trainer, training room or order of delivery where operationally necessary, provided that the advertised learning objectives and applicable total training duration are materially maintained.

7. Prices and Group Discounts

7.1. The prices published on the relevant programme page are final and are not subject to negotiation or further discount, except where an authorised group discount, promotional offer or written quotation applies.

7.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following standard group discounts apply when participants are registered together for the same programme:

  • a. Two (2) participants: 20% discount;
  • b. Three (3) to four (4) participants: 35% discount;
  • c. Five (5) or more participants: 50% discount.

7.3. Group discounts apply only where all participants are registered for the same programme and included on the same invoice, unless otherwise expressly approved in writing.

7.4. Group discounts are calculated against the standard published training fee before Value Added Tax.

8. Value Added Tax

8.1. All published training fees and quoted discounts are exclusive of Value Added Tax unless expressly stated otherwise.

8.2. Where VAT is applicable, the relevant discount shall first be deducted from the standard training fee.

8.3. VAT shall then be calculated and applied to the discounted subtotal to determine the final amount payable.

9. General Provisions

9.1. The relevant invoice, registration confirmation, course page, written quotation and these Terms and Conditions collectively constitute the agreement between the participant or sponsoring organisation and the company identified on the invoice.

9.2. If a specific written quotation or separately signed agreement conflicts with these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of that specific written document shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

9.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.4. No amendment or exception to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of the training provider.
