Day Two: Negotiating and Drafting Contracts


  • Negotiating Principles in Contracting
  • Negotiating in difficult and complex situations
  • Structuring complex documents – the hierarchy of terms
  • Using and modifying standard forms
  • Precedent in international contracting
  • Dealing with contract qualifications and amendments


Day Three: Drafting Specific Clauses
